October this year Suited for Success launched a new dedicated interview coaching appointment service supporting unemployed men and women with one-to-one interview coaching and mock interview practice.
The dedicated appointments service offers crucial interviewing skills helping people get to grips with answering interview questions with confidence, overcome anxieties and make that first impression count to excel in their next job interview.
Professional coaching with LM
Over the past year Suited for Success has been working in partnership with a number of corporate businesses and professional individuals to pilot and develop the new interview coaching service.
We're really pleased to be partnering with engineering and construction company LM (a joint venture of Laing O’Rourke and J Murphy & Sons Ltd) who are delivering the northern section of HS2's phase one enabling works across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Small teams of HR and business managers from across the LM Birmingham office volunteer their time with Suited for Success, working one-to-one with our clients sharing their professional experience and expertise preparing people with crucial interview tips and advice ready for up and coming job interviews.
Clients are supported to improve all aspects of their interview performance including good body language, answering those tricky interview questions, creating an excellent first impression and reducing interview nerves.
After their interview coaching appointment clients are also offered a FREE interview suit or smart outfit ready to give a confident first impression in a job interview. Clients have expressed how grateful they are of the support they have received and feel more prepared to succeed in an interview.
