Interview coaching for success
On 1st October 2018 Suited for Success launched a new dedicated interview coaching service. Our one-to-one interview coaching and mock interview appointments service will give unemployed men and women crucial interviewing skills helping them to get to grips with answering interview questions with confidence, overcome anxieties and make that first impression count to excel in their next job interview.
Interviewing skills and techniques
Facing an interview is one of the most daunting and nerve-racking situations for anyone, but even more so if you’ve never had an interview before, been long-term unemployed, just come out of prison or have served in the forces for a number of years.
Having the right interview techniques and skills can make all the difference between getting the job or being disappointed once again. For many of the clients referred to Suited for Success getting that all important job can be life-changing.
Improved chances of employment
Suited for Success now offers a dedicated interview coaching appointments service where clients can take up the opportunity to practice interview skills and have mock interviews in a supportive and friendly environment. As a result, they will feel more confident, less nervous and will dramatically improve their chances of getting that job.
Professional interview coaching
Over the past year Suited for Success has been working in partnership with a number of corporate businesses and professional individuals to pilot and develop the new interview coaching service including video interview coaching with Gowling WLG.
The coaching and mock interview appointments will be led by business managers and professional men and women from a number of businesses across the city including Gowling WLG, KPMG, National Grid and LM who are volunteering their time, experience and expertise with Suited for Success to help, coach and support people into work.
