An enterprising day with Sport 4 Life
A great day on Tuesday 21st August with another team from Enterprise-rent-a-car volunteering at Suited for Success for the day sorting, organising and supporting a group of young people from Birmingham youth charity Sport 4 Life.
The Enterprise team consisted of staff and branch managers from across the Midlands who spent the day with us. Some of the team helped to sort and organise the amazing amount of generous clothing donations we have received over the summer.
While the other half of the team spent time dressing and styling a group of eight young people aged between 18 - 29 who were attending a Sport 4 Life workshop day at Suited for Success.
The day began with an interviewing workshop lead by Sport 4 Life exploring what to expect when going for a job interview including personal presentation, body language, interview questions and more.
After the interview workshop and a being treated to lunch by one of the Enterprise managers, the young group were then dressed and styled ready to attend mock interviews at Birmingham city centre law firm Clarke Willmott.
Several of the Enterprise team also had also fun using their past experience from working in Next and H&M to dress the young people.

Based in Ladywood Birmingham Sport 4 Life create better futures for young people aged 12 to 29 by improving their employability and key life skills through sports-themed personal development programmes.
