Our mission is to take our employment bus right into the heart of areas and communities across the West Midlands that have some of the highest levels of unemployment.

Our bus offers access to our FREE employment preparation support including 1-2-1 coaching, CV reviews, interview skills coaching, job search, a live jobs board, job application support and the provision of a FREE interview outfit. Our support is for anyone unemployed, aged 18+.

However, we can't reach the people who need our support the most without working together with grassroot community organisations and charities on the ground who know and support their local communities.

Things to bear in mind before submitting your request:

​

• We want to reach areas and grassroot communities (across the West Midlands ONLY) with high unemployment.

• Our bus days depend on working together with a number of charities and grassroot community organisations in a local area.

• Our bus days take alot of planning, promotion and requesting parking permissions from the council or private landlords. 

• Remember it's a double-decker bus so needs plenty of room to park (small carparks, main roads that block traffic or side roads are not suitable).

• The location needs to be near a main bus route and have wide enough access to get onto the site (no tree-lined side roads or residential streets)

• The bus must be visible in the area or have plenty of other footfall around (not just for referred client appointments) to ensure maximum access.

• Week days only.
   

• PLEASE NOTE: If you are a job centre, Government funded provider or Housing Association we would be happy to discuss costs for a funded partnership bus day.
